Owner Joe has been making sushi for over 30 years with his last stint working at Nobu Miami for master sushi chef Nobuyuki “NOBU” Matsuhisa. He is a true sushi master and a really nice guy. This is the best sushi in Boca Raton as it is absolutely fantastic and super fresh. Design your own roll and he’ll be happy to name it after you. Highly recommended!
